The engagement

Best for

  • Pre-purchase reviews
  • Second opinions
  • Self-managed renovations
  • Stalled projects

Not every project needs a studio. Sometimes you need someone to tell you whether the wall can come down, whether the budget is real, and which three decisions actually matter.

A consultation is exactly that: a focused session with the designer, no pitch attached. You leave with marked-up plans, a material direction and a realistic number. If you go on to work with us, the fee comes off your first invoice.

What's included

Everything the scope covers.

[01]

Layout review

We walk your plan and flag what's working, what's wasted, and what can safely change.

[02]

Material direction

A shortlist of finishes that suit the light, the use and the budget you actually have.

[03]

Budget reality check

An honest indicative range for the scope you're describing, before you commit to anyone.

[04]

Vendor guidance

Where to buy, what to pay, and which trades to line up in what order.

[05]

Written summary

Everything we discussed, sent within two working days so nothing lives only in your notes.

How it runs

4 stages, every time.

Step through them — the same sequence runs on every consultation project we take on.
